The best experience EVER buying a vehicle! We (my wife and I) were driving across the USA and our Suburban broke down in Brigham City Utah. We had it towed to a dealer across the street (not Heritage) only to find out the repairs were way out of budget for the old vehicle. So we asked about used vehicles.... again...waaaaaaay too expensive! My wife found a used truck online at Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brigham so we walked there (only 1.3 miles from our hotel) to see it in person. We were met at the door with one of the nicest persons on the planet named Justin.... we felt at ease right off the bat! He listened to our story and let us know they were a totally different kind of dealer.... he was right! No silly pitches, no pressure, no taking advantage of our need to HAVE to buy a car, no walking away to talk to an imaginary boss to check on negotiations.... nothing like that at all. We were in a bind and only had a certain amount of money to our name. We loved the truck we went to view and told them our out the door price. After Les, Justin and Jeff pow wowed and saw our predicament they came to us and offered the truck at the exact price we told them we had to spend as a "Covid 19 price"! We were floored at the wonderful news and agreed straight away! These people are honest, trustworthy and caring to their customers and that is why we WILL buy again from them in the future even though they are thousands of miles from us!
