What impressed me the most is that when he wasn’t sure about a question I had he took the time to do the research and find the right answer rather than pretend to know it. From the very beginning he set me up with the proper expectations so I knew exactly what the process was going to look like from beginning to end and he was so very patient with me throughout it. As soon as I walked in Jeff (manager?) greeted me and while I waited for Josh he offered to answer any other questions I had. It felt like a great environment to be in. The only good thing about my experience was the salesman Val. Took the dealer 2 weeks to get me the truck I bought.
