My jeep started acting funny when I was approximately 30 miles away from home on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing something was obviously wrong I called heritage to schedule an appt. I spoke to the service manager, Chase, who asked me to describe the problem. He then told me I could bring in my jeep right away for a diagnostic check. I didn’t expect to have the jeep looked at right away so this was a pleasant surprise! After arriving, Chase ran the test and identified the problem. He acted quickly to find a replacement coil part and got my jeep fixed and back on the road within one hour!! I could not believe it! This was especially important because a big snow storm was coming the next day! I am so impressed with the service dept and manager Chase! What impressed me the most is that when he wasn’t sure about a question I had he took the time to do the research and find the right answer rather than pretend to know it. From the very beginning he set me up with the proper expectations so I knew exactly what the process was going to look like from beginning to end and he was so very patient with me throughout it. As soon as I walked in Jeff (manager?) greeted me and while I waited for Josh he offered to answer any other questions I had. It felt like a great environment to be in. Les was also amazing to work with. He presented me with multiple options for financing, explaining how each of them worked and what I loved the most was his no pressure approach. As soon as he noticed I was indecisive he told me to sleep on it, I didn’t have to make a decision right then and there and that gave me such great peace of mind.
