I’ve taken my truck to this dealer a few times for warranty work including some work that was out of warranty that they covered for me anyway. Could not be more pompous. Fought tooth and nail against an item covered by warranty only to be corrected by a subordinate. He shouldn’t be in charge. Heritage Service Managers make me nervous.
