Kurt, I received my vehicle already and the first work day after I reviewed the dealership I received a call from Sarah. I understand the nature of working on vehicles and the delays associated with that. Communication is paramount. If the customer does not know what is going on it leaves too many things to the imagination. Thank you for taking time to respond to me. James
