Deceptive dealership service department. I delayed aim writing this review because I do not like bashing people. It has however been bothering me so I must leave a comment. I brought my vehicle in to the writing this review because I do not like bashing people. It has however been bothering me so I must leave a comment. I brought my vehicle in to the service department a couple months back for a warranty repair. There was little to no communication from the service department, they originally did not want to address my warranty issue, and they tried to sell me something I did not need. I was told I needed a new tire and it would be $237. I told him no thank you I’ll take care of it myself and assumed they were being honest. Well here we are just over two months later and I still have not put any air in a tire that had a slow leak next to the sidewall that could not be repaired. It makes me sick the deception this service departments exhibited. This is an issue where there is performance-based bonuses in the service department. More

All past dealings have been great. This tiime the service writer, Doug, was argumentative and made me want to either go somewhere else our drag him outside. I was there for a replacement drag link recall fix that was set up by RamCares. I was told that everything was covered and would be fixed correctly and not welded. This guy kept telling me he never heard of such a thing and I would have to pay. He ever told me that no one stands behind their products any more. The next day I received an update that everything was corrected and the alignment was scheduled. On pickup there was no charge and an apology by a different service writer for the hassle I endured dropping off. With the price of a new truck, you would think everyone there would treat customers like their paychecks depend on you. I will go back just because of the second guy apologising for the actions of the first. More
