Terrible service, rushed, no follow up I bought a brand new Pacifica from Heritage. Six weeks later, the door jammed and stopped working (seems to be a recurrent and common problem, based o I bought a brand new Pacifica from Heritage. Six weeks later, the door jammed and stopped working (seems to be a recurrent and common problem, based on pacifica forums posters). I took it to Heritage service. Tommy came back after about 40 minutes, asked me to sign a sheet paper after he hastingly said: "it's the door latch. you need a new one". I wanted to make sure it wasn't the electronics. With the confidence of an amateur and the arrogance of a novice, he said: "things break. it's your latch". He didn't have time to explain. His time is precious. My questions were intrusive to him. Next week, I got an email stating that the latch was here. I called to schedule the service. I Dropped off the car at night and ubered back to my house. The next day, Tommy Citro, my service "advisor" (and I use the term advisor very hesitantly) said that the car would be done by the end of the day. Then, at 3pm, he emailed me to tell me that they can't open the door to access the latch. I called him and asked: So, what next? He said they will need to tend to it on Monday. Why monday? what can they do Monday that they can't do now? He couldn't answer. Then he told me that they will arrange for a rental for me. I called him 4 times to see how to get the rental. Then he emailed me entreprise's number. I called Entreprise. They said that they needed a po number from the dealer who didn't call them. I tried to conference Tommy on the call with entreprise and he didn't answer. My car is still in service and I don't have a rental. My experience with Tommy is, sadly, disappointing. I found him to be dishonest and untrustworthy. More
Dishonest and does not care about the customer Was not honest about the time it would take for my repair, spent over 4 hours there for a minor repair that I was informed would take 30 mins. Asked for the Service manager and I was just dismissed and not given any satisfaction. Dave could care less about being honest and the needs of the customer. More
