I have always dreaded taking my car in for an oil change because in my experience they have always come back with a laundry list of things that I need to do (after a quick call to my dad and friend, these items were never anything that needed the urgency that was explained to me or for the price quoted). Moving from New York to Maryland I expected the same service and experienced it at other dealerships in Baltimore County until I found myself at Heritage. I have been taking my Jeep to Tommy for a few years now and refuse to go anywhere else. Tommy treats your car as his own and will give you an honest opinion/recommendation. Heritage has earned my business and referral because Tommy earned my trust. I no longer dread taking my car in, and neither should you. More

Wonderful customer service I went to Heritage to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland fixed and Sarah Slokan was my service advisor. She was wonderful with everything from the mo I went to Heritage to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland fixed and Sarah Slokan was my service advisor. She was wonderful with everything from the moment I dropped off until I picked up! We didn’t know when dropping it off that it was going to be there for about 10 days getting both cylinder head repairs and quite a bit of other stuff done. We originally thought 1 day so when all this other stuff came up I wasn’t prepared for all the cost for repairs and the rental. Sarah helped by letting us use one of their vehicles so we didn’t have to pay for the rental a whole week. And we also used their credit program to pay for the repairs which was a big help. I will definitely use them in the future and will go through Sarah! :) More
