A Consistent Experience, but Not for the Better I am writing this about my third experience for the same vehicle service issue. This issue is still not resolved and is currently in for a fourth time I am writing this about my third experience for the same vehicle service issue. This issue is still not resolved and is currently in for a fourth time. I have found my phone calls regularly go unanswered and even voicemails go unreturned. It takes showing up in person to get a response. Alex was quick to address my concerns in Tommy's absence, got me a loaner, and attempted to answer questions. The expectations had been misleading and they could not locate the key to my car, forcing them to cut a new key for me to retrieve something from it for a service call I was told would take up to 4 hours. I dropped it off at 7:30am and came back around 4:00pm to see what was going on as calls again went unanswered and voicemails unreturned. I will not hold my breath that the pattern will change. More

Terrible service experience Service dept lost wheel key to unlock tires for rotation, had to purchase new key $7.99 pep boys. Upon picking up vehicle hood was unlatched, jack kit Service dept lost wheel key to unlock tires for rotation, had to purchase new key $7.99 pep boys. Upon picking up vehicle hood was unlatched, jack kit was missing, had to purchase jack and lug wrench. Bought jeep there and only heritage has serviced it. Will never return there for new jeep or service. The female service attendant was not very helpful. Had to involve service manager to get tires rotated. I was given an appointment shortly after my request, They provided me a rental as it took anothe Sarah Slokan and Alex Downey were of tremendous help. I was given an appointment shortly after my request, They provided me a rental as it took another day to get parts and Alex even helped me find my lost phone with his “phone finder” app. Everyone at this location is extremely helpful and friendly. Great service! Hi, I went in to get my complimentary oil change (which they said they haven't been offering for sales since October 18). I didn't have any voucher Hi, I went in to get my complimentary oil change (which they said they haven't been offering for sales since October 18). I didn't have any voucher or coupon for the same, but they applied it instantly and so did the other Mopar coupons. The staff was friendly, professional and very courteous. They sent a shuttle for me both when the car was done (unfortunately, they couldn't reach me, so they sent the shuttle anyways). I had to send the shuttle back, but Dave, who was driving the shuttle, understood my request to be picked up later and was very patient about it. Alex and Dave who helped me with the appointment and the service, were very excellent to deal with. I would come back to this dealership to service my vehicle any time for their great customer service. More

Wish that I could have ordered my own bulbs, only one bulb in stock at time of appt. had to wait a couple of days to have 2nd headlight bulb replaced. 2nd bulb not in at the time of appt., had to wait again at dealership for someone to go get one. I don’t think that was Dave’s fault because I do remember him asking someone to order the 2nd headlight bulb. It was an inconvenience having to wait so long. More
