Very bad experience! Where do i start? I went in for an oil change amd left with a little extra. The drive up to the service area there is no place to park or sign with instructions for customers that have oil change amd left with a little extra. The drive up to the service area there is no place to park or sign with instructions for customers that have appointments. Usually most other dealers i go to have a drive thru service. Not this one! I pull in through the breeze way and an employee is standing there, as if he's waiting to help customers. We make eye contact but he says nothing. I remain in my vehicle with window rolled down. Still nothing. Finally he yells you can't park there, after i had already turn off truck and go inside for assistance. So i go back in my truck and try to find a spot to park. Its jam packed with for sale trucks front and back! So i just park it in front of the service garage as requested. The sales lady i was working with didn't have any customer service experience, she was worse than the average gas station attendant. The Truck is only 2 years old, i use it for commuting and they told me i need a new battery? Now this can't be true as it works fine, unless Chrsyler stock batteries are bad quality. The one thing they did right was to change the oil fast and ahead of schedule, as i went in 30 minutes early, and was done in 30 minutes. As i was driving out i noticed a slight wobble to my to the truck. Seems like they messed up something when they jacket the truck up or rotated the tires. The truck noticably wobbles now.... More
Swift, Professional Service Recently my 23 year old daughter had the unfortunate experience of her vehicle overheating while being out of town. She was somewhat familiar with the area as she attended school in Towson and remembered that Heritage Chrysler Jeep had helped her in the past. With that in mind, she requested AAA tow her vehicle to Heritage's service department. Upon arrival she explained her situation to Sarah who was kind enough to empathize with my daughters predicament. Matt, the service manager, explained to my daughter they would do the best they could to look at the vehicle and diagnosis the issue. During my daughters wait time Sarah kept her updated on the progress of the repair. To our relief, the tech was able to identify the issue and make the repair so that she was back on the road, all within an hour and a half! Thank you Heritage Chrysler Jeep for your swift service and for the personalized care you extended to my daughter. More

First Service of my car Tommy was a very friendly, cool dude. He immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my new car with him to help take care of. That’s all I can reall Tommy was a very friendly, cool dude. He immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my new car with him to help take care of. That’s all I can really ask for from a first impression. He kept me in formed of every step of the process, like a loved one in a hospital. The vehicle was done well within the timeframe mentioned and the work was done properly(oil change and tire rotation). When it was time to pay the bill, Tommy even worked with me to get it discounted (my dealer coupon had just expired the day before; I didn’t notice the expire date) when he didn’t have to. Excellent customer service in my book and really gave this place that hometown feel. Excellent experience overall in person, the only knock is parking for dropping off is really tight in the service Dept area. More
Questionable service. 30 min telling person of problem, entered in computer got appt time. Got there 15 min early, wasn’t addressed for 20 min. The clerk spent 10 min redoing the summary because “after all the years she’s been here, you would think she could write a competent summary of what you told me”. The car was gone for 5 minutes after computer scan and nothing was found cause it didn’t happen while the had it. Left and on was home, transmission refused to shift which is one of the reported problems. Next day, radio turned itself off and on twice, again one of the reported problems. I’ll take my car to Jones next time. More

I had a pretty good experience at the dealership maintenance facility. The only complaint I have is the mechanic added windshield washer fluid to the coolant reserve reservoir. I took it back and the situation was resolved but I'm not sure if that could cause a potential problem down the road. More
