Had a miss fire issue in the number 4 cylinder on a 300c I was vey adamant on the number 4 cylinder and the tec said it was jumping to number one cylinder. The next call I received was we replaced the lifters on the left side and that will be $2400 the never cleaned the head or oil ports while in there had to take the car back to put the right side lifters in same thing no cleaning done spent little over 3k at this dealership and till this day I have the same issue. I want to say not one time did they look for a short like I was leaning too and kept saying and till this day I still have the same issue trying to figure it out. I can say I am not happy giving someone 3k of my money and have nothing done to resolve the issue. Thanks heritage for the great customer service I will always remember the service I received. More

I initially bought my 2019 Jeep Compass in for service in August 2023 for a coolant leak, and TCM issues. I was informed by Alex that a pressure check was performed and no leak was found (Misdiagnosis) or a August 2023 for a coolant leak, and TCM issues. I was informed my vehicle needed a new $260 auxiliary battery, to aid in the repair process for the TCM issue. Long story short, a few hours after receiving my vehicle, the TCM issue happened again. The coolant issue was still ongoing as well. I had my vehicle towed back to the Service department February 19,2024 for the same aforementioned issues. This time I was advised there was a coolant leak found. The coolant bottle and lower radiator hose was replaced (Misdiagnosis). TCM issue was resolved. I picked up my vehicle on March 1, 2024. On March 5, 2024 the coolant issue happened again, my vehicle was overheating. I checked the coolant bottle and the fluid was low. I refilled the bottle with coolant after the vehicle cooled down. I was able to drive with no issues, until 4 hours later. The coolant issue actually gotten worse, once the repairs were made. I addressed my concerns with Kurt (in person visit) on March 19, 2024. He advised me to bring my vehicle back on March 28,2024 at 10am. I was able to drive my vehicle back to the Service Department on March 27, 2024 to drop off. On March 28, 2024 I received a text message from Alex, informing me of a misfire. A few hours later, I received a phone call from unknown person (I forgot his name) at the Service Department, stating my vehicle needs a new engine, and coolant is getting into the crank case. He quoted me a price of $12,000 to replace the engine. After I picked up my vehicle, the first thing I did was have my significant other check my oil dipstick. The oil was not milky. I also had to refill the coolant bottle. I believe the engine damage could’ve been avoided, if the coolant leak issue would’ve been resolved in August 2023, when they advised me there was no leak upon pressure test (Misdiagnosis). Which I know was a lie. Why? There was and still is a coolant leak going on. I have so much more information that needs to be shared. This company has caused me so much financial and mental distress. It’s very unfair that I am now out of a vehicle, which I used for work, and transporting my children around. I am also financing this vehicle with a monthly payment of $595. Only had it since February 2023. I will save all of the additional information for the Better Business Bureau. More
Bought my 2023 jeep compass new from heritage in June, and had a great experience. Decided to come back to the same dealership for my first oil change/tire rotation, and I’m glad I did. Between other local Jeep dealerships putting in a cheaper oil than I paid for, to not doing a tire rotation I paid for (and denying it) I was looking for a new place to go. My service advisor David Phelps was extremely polite and professional and took care of all of my needs. More
I had a an issue with a parts failure. Matt Beckmann assessed the circumstances and took ownership of the issue. He was able to make it right in about 10 minutes with no fuss. I had my truck in for service a few dealership local, and I kept getting the run around as to why it isn't fixed. Turns out a part I need was on back order with no eta. Kurt in service and Mel in parts walke I kept getting the run around as to why it isn't fixed. Turns out a part I need was on back order with no eta. Kurt in service and Mel in parts walked me right thru what I needed to do to get answers. Not making any guarantee's that it would work. I took their suggestions and was able to get my vehicle fixed sooner then expected. I would like to thank Mel and Kurt for making it happen. More
