I had my truck in for service a few dealership local, and I kept getting the run around as to why it isn't fixed. Turns out a part I need was on back order with no eta. Kurt in service and Mel in parts walke I kept getting the run around as to why it isn't fixed. Turns out a part I need was on back order with no eta. Kurt in service and Mel in parts walked me right thru what I needed to do to get answers. Not making any guarantee's that it would work. I took their suggestions and was able to get my vehicle fixed sooner then expected. I would like to thank Mel and Kurt for making it happen. More
