I had a an issue with a parts failure. Matt Beckmann assessed the circumstances and took ownership of the issue. He was able to make it right in about 10 minutes with no fuss. Just bought a new jeep compass here yesterday. Johnny was amazing…. He took the time to explain everything about the vehicle, the buying process, and made sure all our needs were met.
