I have never run across a dealer like this. Started the finance application, got approved, waiting for paperwork to sign, and they decide they have someone they have an appointment with tomorrow morning to finance application, got approved, waiting for paperwork to sign, and they decide they have someone they have an appointment with tomorrow morning to look at the vehicle that they have to let look at first. This xxx lies to me through the process. Calls me up to lie about it, then when I start trying to question their business practices, acts like he can’t hear me and puts me on a speaker. Eventually just hangs up. I wouldn’t recommend buying a piece of bubblegum from a place like this. Terrible customer service. DO NOT TRY AN INTERNET DEAL. They will sell the vehicle to someone else after your deal is complete. More
