My wife and I purchased our new Grand Cherokee remotely from Florida thru Heritage's website. Communicating with Jeremy via email, text and phone was as easy as it gets. We flew in to pick-up our purchase and he did not hesitate to offer to pick us up from the airport. The drive to the dealership was in a vehicle just like ours so he could describe the features while we sat in comfort.
