Not the best car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman was fine, but after I bought a 2020 Ram 2500 I started having problems. First I got a call after I bought the truck that it was under agree salesman was fine, but after I bought a 2020 Ram 2500 I started having problems. First I got a call after I bought the truck that it was under agreement to someone else who returned it after 250 miles. I also bought wheel well liners which they shipped to me. They arrived with one set of 10 screws for one liner. After 5 phone calls I am still short 5 screws. I live in PA so at the time of sale (12/23/20) they told me they could handle PA inspection, registration, title and license plate. We'll it turns out they can't do PA inspection and as of today (3/25/21) I still have no title, registration and a temporary MD plate that expired 2/21/21. I called Penn dot and they informed me that nothing was ever submitted. More
