I never made it into the dealership, but I have been harassed by Precious several times. I looked at a vehicle online several months ago and have since asked 3 times for her to take my name off of he harassed by Precious several times. I most recently asked last week while on vacation in Europe, and not only did she say that she would take me off the list, but just the opposite happened and she started calling more frequently. I finally had to write an email to the manager to get it to stop- he says I’m off the list but that was a half hour ago so we will see what happens. I can’t personally knock the dealership itself because I don’t have any first hand experience, but I would highly encourage everyone to avoid doing business with Precious because she won’t stop harassing you- even after you ask! More

Great experience! Was in the market for several months finding my new truck. I worked with Jeremy and Ethan specifically to place a factory order since I didn’t want to compromise on buying just anything. They made sure to get me the exact truck I wanted at a great price. I greatly appreciated the transparency! They didn’t play any games other dealerships are notorious for. They made the whole process very easy. I emailed my build, negotiated a deal, submitted my deposit, and signed preliminary paperwork remotely. Jermey and Ethan were always accessible and I received constant updates on my vehicle status. The build only took about 5 weeks and I received a video from Jermey the morning it arrived off the truck. Once actually going into the dealership, I met a few other employees. Everyone there were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle should definitely consider Heritage CDJR Parkville.
