Deceptive dealership service department. I delayed aim writing this review because I do not like bashing people. It has however been bothering me so I must leave a comment. I brought my vehicle in to the service department a couple months back for a warranty repair. There was little to no communication from the service department, they originally did not want to address my warranty issue, and they tried to sell me something I did not need. I was told I needed a new tire and it would be $237. I told him no thank you I’ll take care of it myself and assumed they were being honest. Well here we are just over two months later and I still have not put any air in a tire that had a slow leak next to the sidewall that could not be repaired. It makes me sick the deception this service departments exhibited. This is an issue where there is performance-based bonuses in the service department. More

Hands down this dealership was one of the best I've ever been to. They will treat you respectfully, kindly, as if you were there only customer ever.
