You think youre ready. After about 11 dealerships. (one price on website, get there you didnt read the fine print. You need another 3500. down to get to that eprice!) YOUR NOT! FINALLY! After 6months, I find a place that put a price on line. NO TRICKS! NO PRESSURE! Youre not sure about the deal? They dont bully you! They bend over backwards(literally if needed! :) til your truly HAPPY! YOURE SCARED! ITS OK! ITS A BIG PURCHASE! LOOK NO FURTHER! IF YOURE LOOKING UP HERITAGE CHRYSLER JEEP IN PARKVILLE! YOU SEE THE ONE YOU REALLY WANT!? FROM EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT WAIT! GET ON THE PHONE AND CALL MIKE WATSON, LARRY GABLE( HES GREAT! Funny how things happen in life, dropped off my old jeep at the Heritage service and went home with a new one instead!! This dealership is very easy to work with, especially salesman Mike Watson. Mike is very easy going, looks out for your best interests and best of all he doesn't put any pressure on you to buy like those other pesky salespeople we've all dealt with. Pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for all your help Mike!! PS: Heritage Service is also really good too, so if you do any service for your vehicle they're the best!! More
On a Friday, I saw the “Today’s Internet Special” on the dealer’s website for 2008 Jeep Patriot. I called the dealer and they transfer me to Mike. I asked Mike if I can have the internet special price next dealer’s website for 2008 Jeep Patriot. I called the dealer and they transfer me to Mike. I asked Mike if I can have the internet special price next week since I was going out of state on that day and will not be back until late Sunday night. He told me “Yes” and asked me when I will come next week. I told him on Wednesday. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him on his cell since that’s his day off from work. I told him if you are not working that day I will come some other time. He told me that it is not a problem for him and told me that he will see me on Wednesday. My girlfriend and I went to see the Jeep on Wednesday. Mike already had the car ready for us. I relay liked the car from outside. However, I was kind of disappointed when I saw the inside because it did not have power doors/windows. I told Mike that I really like the car however I am disappointed that it does not have the power options. I told him that this is going to be my first brand new car and I am planning to keep it for a long time. I also told him that I really like the color, the interior design, and the exterior design. Mike told me that he has the same car with power doors/windows and other additional options. Mike brought the second car and parked next to each other. First he went over the options in each car and did a side by side comparison. Than, I test drove both cars. The price of the Internet Special was very good and it fit perfectly in my budget. I was worried that I was going to pay a lot more for the car with the options. Thanks to Mike Watson and George Clark (Sales Manager), we were able to agree on a great deal. That week, I bought the car with all the options (and more)I wanted. :) Overall my experience of buying a first brand new car was great. Mike Watson, George Clark, and everyone who helped us was very friendly, patient, helpful, and easy to communicate. I personally had a lot of questions and at no point in time I felt like they did not want to answer my questions. If someone did not know the answer or was not sure, they make sure that they asked somebody who knows to provide me the correct answer/information. My sales person was Mike Watson. He is very friendly, very energetic, funny, patient, and loves his dog :) THANK YOU GUYS FOR MY NEW JEEP!! More
I have to say that this was BY FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had...hands-down. By the time I visited Heritage Chrysler Jeep, I was basically exhausted from the game-playing and empty promi experience I've ever had...hands-down. By the time I visited Heritage Chrysler Jeep, I was basically exhausted from the game-playing and empty promises of the other dealerships that I had visited. I met with a very nice salesman by the name of Laron on my first visit to Heritage Chrysler Jeep...I also met the sales manager, by the name of George Clark. As it turns out, we could not agree on a price during my first visit to the dealership, and I was all set to purchase a car from another near-by Jeep dealership. However, after a string of empty promises (and un-returned phone calls) from this other dealership, I found myself back at Heritage Chrysler Jeep...and I'm thankful every day that I ended up going back to them! When Laron searched the inventory of 2008 Grand Cherokees, he found that they did not have a car in stock with all of the packages in the color that I desired...many dealerships would have stopped right there, and expected me to settle for any other car that they had on their lot...after all, it's the end of 2008, and they're trying to unload all of their 2008 models to make room for their 2009's...but not this dealership! They kept searching their inventory for a close match to what I was looking for, and ended up finding a special Rocky Mountain edition Grand Cherokee with MORE features on it than I had actually been looking for (but in a slightly different color). Laron promptly called me to tell me the great news, and I was psyched to go see the car! There was only one problem – I had been sick with the flu all week, and knew that I would probably not be able to make it out to the dealership that day, since I was still sick. Trust me when I say that this was not a problem that Laron couldn’t handle…he had the car all cleaned up (inside and out), and actually brought it out to my house for me to see it within 2 hours of his initial phone call. I had never heard of a car dealership doing such a thing before!! Needless to say, I purchased the car that same day! And the wonderful service hasn’t stopped since…I had a problem with the My Gig unit that came installed in the car from the factory, and I immediately called Laron to see what could be done to fix it. I brought the car over to the dealership, and Laron accompanied me down to the service department, explained what the problem was, and immediately got a technician to take a look at it…and I have to say that my first encounter with the service department was top notch as well – the technician was knowledgeable, polite, and more than willing to help me out. They ended up replacing the My Gig unit, and Laron managed to coordinate everything (and coordinate a loaner car for me) around an appointment that I already had to drop the car off to have heated seats installed. I have a pretty lengthy commute to work, so any time someone goes that extra step to cut down on the amount of driving that I have to do to drop the car off/pick it up at the dealership, it means the world to me. Plus, an appointment that I expected to last a couple of days, was actually completed in less than 24 horus…I just picked my car up, and they did a fantastic job with everything! The My Gig unit is working beautifully now, and the heated seats look top-notch. I have to say that, at every other dealership that I visited, I felt like the sales staff was trying to take advantage of me, and was making tons of empty promises that they couldn’t keep…but nothing could be further from the truth at this dealership. I consistently felt like Laron and George were working with me, rather than against me. And I know that, should I ever have another problem, Laron will be there to smooth things over and do what he can to help me out…I can’t express how much it means to me to have found a car dealership that is willing to go that extra step, and treat their customers with respect…it really does seem to be a rarity these days. Needless to say, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to folks who are in the market to buy a Chrysler or Jeep…in fact, I’ve already passed Laron’s name on to a few folks who may be in the market for a new car in the coming months. All in all, I adore my new car, and can’t say enough positive things about the way that I have been treated at this dealership…they’re truly one of a kind. My previous car was an Infiniti, and I was seriously questioning whether any other dealership could match the level of service that I received at the Infiniti dealership…but I’m happy to say that Heritage Chrysler Jeep gives Infiniti a run for their money! We went to the dealership after seeing a sale online for the Jeep Patriot. Mike Watson is the salesman who dealt with us and he was GREAT!! He actually came over on his day off to help us!!! We began our search at Heritage, Parkville because of the low price of a web special on a Grand Caravan. We then looked at other dealers in Harford and Baltimore counties for 4 months. We decided to downsize to a Jeep Patriot and Mike and Heritage had the best price around for the model we purchased. This is our first Jeep. If the service and warranties prove to be hassle free, we'll be back at Heritage for our future car needs. More
I sent Mike an email inquiring about a Jeep Sahara. Mike sent me a price and set up an appointment for me to come in and see it. So, after test driving the Sahara, I realized the Jeep Wrangler X was better suited for my needs, so I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mike and the staff were wonderful. They offered me a wonderful deal, the whole purchase was absolutely easy. Needless to say, I drove away with the Jeep, I love the car and I highly recommend this dealership. I went Mile One Heritage Jeep to check a new Jeep Wrangler. I talked to Mike Watson on the phone and he was more than happy to meet with me that very day. He walked me through a demo on the floor before we even went to go look at the inventory. After showing me all the features we went for a test drive. It was a really nice ride. He never once pushed me for the deal and there was no haggling. The price was just right. As we went through the buying process, which was close for them to close for the night, the financial person and manager on duty were very kind and they made me feel right at home. They didnt make me feel rushed at all, even when they were closing. They always had kind words to say when I would apologize for keeping them passed there time. It was never a problem. The professionalism of the dealer, manager and financial manager was an absolute A+. They treated me with respect. And they all had a smile on their faces. They have followed up with me several times to make sure everything was ok and how I was liking my new Jeep. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
