We came in about a month ago looking for a new vehicle for me. I wanted a Jeep, so we were recommended to yoiu. We were just browsing that day and he took the time to show us vehicles and test drive several. I am very picky. We told him we'd think about it and get back to him. He called no more than once a week to ensure we were being taken care of. So, when I said it was time, we went right back to Dax. I didn't get a Jeep, and Dax had some vehicles lined up for me. I guess by then, he knew my style. The first vehicle he showed me was perfect--I didn't even have to test drive the other ones! I will definitely recommend Mile One Heritage and when we come back from overseas, my husband is upgrading to a truck! You have customers for life! Thanks Dax! More

Customer service was phenomenal...Both Mike and Karen went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. And to make matters even better, when I came back the next day to give my second key went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. The price I got was excellent. I also was VERY pleased with the assistance of the finance manager,Pamela Mayfield however, the delivery of my car was horrible. My experience was by far the best I've ever had. Mike was terrific and the rest of the staff was pleasant to work with. I went to the dealership for service and was promptly received. The engine light had been on. The service writer, Sarah Slokan, called about two hours latter and told me what the problem was as well as s received. The engine light had been on. My husband and I has a great experience with this dealer and salesman. The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer our questions. They were very workable with the price range and were able to give us a decent price - the price was still in the middle of our price range which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for price. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely go back to them when I need another car! More

After a pleasant test drive, he patiently answered all of our questions and allowed us plenty of time to decide on whether to purchase or not. We were disappointed that the APR was not as it was advertised online. Also, we were disappointed that after going through all the paperwork and payment information, we were informed that there was only one key and that we would need to come back, about a 45 minute drive, to get another key made during the service department's hours which are not convenient to those with full time jobs. I would recommend Mike Watson to our friends. More
