A good car buying experience. Nobody tried to make me buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I was there to buy a used Jeep. Only once did my Mike (my salesman) suggest I consider a new Jeep t buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I was there to buy a used Jeep. Only once did my Mike (my salesman) suggest I consider a new Jeep that was slighter more expensive. When I explained that the price difference was too high for my budget, that was the end of it. He didn't keep trying to push me towards the more expensive vehicle. It was nice to have everyone ask what I wanted and then work with me to make it happen as best as possible. It makes it much easier and more enjoyable having someone listen and work with you and not just try to sell you something. More

We found online a used car that we had been looking for for some time. We drove to Baltimore from Bethesda Md, and Nick greeted us and did a great job of showing the car, with a test drive, as well as another example of the model. No pressure, just the facts. We did a bit of negotiating, from a price that was already reasonable (now I say it) and made the deal. Our only hold-up was that a couple of deals were made right before us, and it took the business office a little while to get through to ours. However, during that time the car was given the final polish, and we had a chance to visit with Nick, and had a great time just chatting away about kids and stuff.
