She was so helpful in getting me pre-approved and helped with all of my questions. Her bright personality and positive attitude is what got me in the door. Prior to coming in, the majority of the leg work was already done. I was financed and already knew what I could afford and what I needed to look for to stay in the price range needed. They were aware I was short on time and once I came in, they had already pulled a vehicle from another location and had two already on their lot for me to view. I came in on my lunch break to test drive the cars; this is where Laron came in. Laron was very informative and was very patient with me. He understood my needs, maybe better than I did, and selected the best vehicle. Which ended up being something other than the three I came up there to initially view. :) Not prepaired for the 4th option, I went back to work empty handed and did my research on the vehicle Laron had suggested. Feeling better prepaired I came back the next day, again on my lunch break...and was in/ out in about an hour with my new(used) car... While meeting with Arandre to go over my financial paperwork. Laran helped set up my new car and was ready to go over all of my fancy new buttons... :) Arandre was professional and thorough in going over all of my options. Everything was explained in detail and I was able to understand. From start to finish, the dealership was exceptional, I wouldn't change a thing! My wife and I bought a 2005 Chrysler 300 from them in November of 2004. We have had quite a few problems with the vehicle. The car currently has 70,000 miles on it. We bought the extended service warrant November of 2004. We have had quite a few problems with the vehicle. The car currently has 70,000 miles on it. We bought the extended service warranty which lasted until September 2010. All of our scheduled service has been performed at this dealer. In 2008 we took it in for a vibration problem. Sara said they had to rework the valves and basically redo the top half of the engine. This did not fix the problem and Sara told my wife that there was nothing else wrong with the car. I ended up calling Jim(the manager) and he set up a meeting with me himself and a rep from Chrysler. The three of us took the car for a test drive and of course they could now hear and feel what we were talking about. The Chrysler rep found a service bulletin describing a computer upgrade that needed to be done. Amazingly, this took care of the problem that we were made to feel we were imagining. There are other problems but the latest is the worst. I took the car in for the front end which seemed to be hitting bumps hard. Sara called and said it needed front shocks(she said they were leaking), new sway bar linkage and bushings and a front end alignment which would cost about $900.00. They just replaced the struts in May2010. I called a mechanic that works on my other vehicles and he told me to bring it over. He checked everything and found no leakage but just the center sway bar bushing needed replacement.My bill was $119.00. He said the leakage in the shocks was bogus that some places use to sell you something you don't need. I am still steaming over this and wonder how many other things we have paid for these last 6 years that were unnecessary. I will end by saying beware of what they tell you and always get a 2nd opinion. Thanks More
