Nick and Brad were extremly helpful and courteous. They explained the Town and Country features and benefits well. They stayed in contact with us while we comparison shopped. Nick also drove to a Laurel dealership in order to pick up the color that we liked. We have three kids and had to bring them with us during the paperwork process. Both Nick and Brad were very patient and understanding when we had to take a moment to entertain our children. I would rate all the people I dealt with a 6 on the scale of 5. I drove down from Finksburg and the drive was worth it. My wife & I were looking for a car for about 3 months. Other dealers tried to put us cars that were not conducive to my families needs. The greeting is wonderful, friendly but not pushy. The place is very clean and all are extremely hospitable. The Sales person was Chad, but it was this wonderful manager who made it happen, his name is B place is very clean and all are extremely hospitable. There is a sales person, I never got his card BUT his desk is just to the right of the main door to the Chrysler Main showroom entrance who was as warm and friendly and sincere as any I have have ever known. I have no complaints whatsoever, but one suggestion: Chad nor ANY real sales person should NEVER text while on a test drive, nor should they answer their cell phone calls when with a customer. It did not offend me, but my thought as a sales person is that a salesperson should be devoted to the customer, and not share any attention what-so-ever with a cell phone. I saw this happen at Rich Morton in Glen Burnie too. What is up with that? If I was a sales manager or GM of a dealership, I most certainly would have my sales force leave their cell phones off or on vibrate with customers and advise them that only effect it could have for them to attend to the cell phone while with another customer is for the customer to see split devotion, and whatever is happeiong with the cell MUST be of greater concern to the salesperson than the customer they are with. I WILL shop at this store again, and I WILL recomend it to others. The treatment there has inpired me to find them another customer. More
We were not planning on buying anything that day but they were so pleasant and easy to work with we went out the door with a new Grand Caravan. I know where we are headed for the next vehicle! Laron was FANTASTIC...He was friendly, informative and patient. He listened to our needs and wants and understood our time restraints with our two small children.
