Sally worked for ME from the get-go. She learned what kind of vehicle I needed, various wants and don't wants, and found the car (2011) in another State. She picked it up the next day and drove it by my home for me to see it--we met for the first time in my driveway. I said, "Good." The NEXT day she drove the car to my home completely registered, with tags. She set the automatic garage door openers for me, gave me a tour of the car and I gave her a check. Now that is SERVICE!
