Michael Lanci was AMAZING!!! He was flexible with taking my appointment when I showed up to the wrong Heritage dealership, and when other sálesmen we’re not available. Everything with the dealer was just terrific. From looking at the website about the truck I wanted to speaking with the sales personnel to see if the truck was actually still available. To calling and looking at the website about the truck I wanted to speaking with the sales personnel to see if the truck was actually still available. To calling and setting up a time and when I got there that evening the truck that I was looking at was right there at the front door ready for me to test drive her to look over. And our sales person Mike Lancy was knowledgeable about the truck answered any questions that I had and all the way through to the staff with the financing. Steve the finance guy was very enjoyable as a person and then as he went through the steps of us signing the papers of me signing the papers and he was patient and he explain things well and just really seem to be looking out for for me as far as warranty things items that he expressed that he really encouraged me to do for the longevity of the vehicle and the peace of mind that I would have going forward. So like I say the total experience was just great and I would recommend to anybody to go buy a vehicle from your dealership it was a wonderful experience and we are totally enjoying the truck so thank you ! More
