Wonderful Car Buying Experience After doing some research online to figure out which type of car we were interested in, we discovered that there were only a few vehicles that met our After doing some research online to figure out which type of car we were interested in, we discovered that there were only a few vehicles that met our requirements of a small SUV with a larger towing capacity. We decided to test drive only 3 vehicles and after visiting 4 dealerships, Heritage Jeep was by far the most pleasant experience we encountered. The staff was more interested in meeting our needs and making us feel comfortable than simply selling us a car. They were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles in general as well as which options they had available on site. Unlike other dealers where it took an hour to just work up a price, within minutes we had price and financing options. After being given all of these things, and despite our plan to do some more shopping after our visit to Heritage Jeep, we purchase a new car that night. Thanks to there professional staff, We purchased our new Jeep that evening and couldn't be happier! More

No Pressure Truck Purchasing Experience I was looking online at a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck and I saw one that we liked and told them what I wanted to spend. I was contacted within minutes a I was looking online at a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck and I saw one that we liked and told them what I wanted to spend. I was contacted within minutes and said to come on up. This all took place at 8:30 pm on Friday 9/23/2016. We went up and were told the truck was being filled up with gas and washed. Our salesman was Shawn Jeffries and we got right down to business. He explained everything to us and we got just what we wanted for the price that we asked for. When the truck came back from getting cleaned and gassed up he took us out and showed us how everything worked. He also sent us a link to video's on the trucks features. The nesk person that we met was Sarah who worked with us filling out the loan paperwork and she was also was a pleasure to work with. We got all of this done in around three hours.
