Had a miss fire issue in the number 4 cylinder on a 300c I was vey adamant on the number 4 cylinder and the tec said it was jumping to number one cylinder. Never received a phone call on the work that was b I was vey adamant on the number 4 cylinder and the tec said it was jumping to number one cylinder. The next call I received was we replaced the lifters on the left side and that will be $2400 the never cleaned the head or oil ports while in there had to take the car back to put the right side lifters in same thing no cleaning done spent little over 3k at this dealership and till this day I have the same issue. I want to say not one time did they look for a short like I was leaning too and kept saying and till this day I still have the same issue trying to figure it out. I can say I am not happy giving someone 3k of my money and have nothing done to resolve the issue. Thanks heritage for the great customer service I will always remember the service I received. More
