This was a safety recall. Service was horrible. I asked for 5 tire rotation. Wasn’t done. Couldn’t understand the service rep - heavy Indian accent. My car has been there all day, not communication and when I finally did get a call back an unapologetic we will contact you tomorrow. Im sure I will be getting a new car now. Mr. Clash has been wonderful with communication, follow-up, and giving me options for my repair. He has been the most honest person I have ever encountered in a dealership!!! Five Stars! More
Worst customer service. Very disappointed with lack of care for the vehicle and customer. The service adviser was unprofessional and argumentative. His name is not on our receipt of service and he didn’t care for the vehicle and customer. The service adviser was unprofessional and argumentative. His name is not on our receipt of service and he didn’t offer a business card. The service manager Josh Coldwell was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately there will be no repercussions for this behavior. We will take our vehicles and our business elsewhere. More

They founds nothing wrong with my car & left tank on E Towed my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to the shop Saturday- the dash lit up all service lights and threw into neutral at a red light then wouldnt shift past 1st Towed my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to the shop Saturday- the dash lit up all service lights and threw into neutral at a red light then wouldnt shift past 1st gear and the check engine light stayed on- Tuesday they call me back around 4pm after contacting them multiple times. Mind you, the service guys sit in the service area and complain as the phones ring, don't expect them to pick up bc they didnt while i was standing there. They reported nothing was wrong once the cpu was reset and driven over night. My half tank of gas was left on fumes, my items in the back seat were moved around. Overall, skeptical if I should even be driving it right now and furious I was not reimbursed for the gas they used. Atleast leave it with one hash mark on the tank so I dont run out of gas on the way home!!! I'm sure its all a result of the car being under warranty and them not getting paid! You're lucky I didnt have to pay you, youll never get my business post warranty. More
