So,like most,my good lady hates having to take her car for service,I often try and do that for her,but could not on this occasion,As I am all about customer care(been force fed this in the industry I choo for service,I often try and do that for her,but could not on this occasion,As I am all about customer care(been force fed this in the industry I choose to work),I expect 3 things, Professionalism,Quality Service.Fair pricing.Heritage Jeep,Owings Mills,hit all 3 markers.My wife advised me that her Service Advisor was phenomenal,her name is Lejuan Robinson,who was,according to my good lady,was upbeat,friendly, professional and kept my wife informed at all times,the customer lounge has been dramatically updated making a very nice,relaxing wait area.The Techs actually working on vehicles were rapid in their turnaround on customer vehicles,yet all work completed on my wife’s car was faultless.Big Kudos to Heritage Jeep for maintains a high standard for a long time,as noted in previous reviews when I wanted ALL fluids changed on my Jeep.Well done Heritage,well done Lejuan for your representation of your company. More

I went to Heritage on 6/10 to find out why my car was making a rattling noise. I pulled up into their bay to check in and then proceeded to their waiting area. After about 10 to 20 minutes the service as making a rattling noise. I pulled up into their bay to check in and then proceeded to their waiting area. After about 10 to 20 minutes the service associate came back and asked me if I had any issues with my battery because once they tried to move my car, it wouldn't start. I explained that there was nothing wrong with my battery that I knew of and he proceeded to tell me that they had to jump my car in order to move it from the bay. So I was made to believe that I needed a battery immediately and I agreed to allow them to replace it for a ridiculous price. When I asked why it was so much, the service associate Brandon, said he would work with me on the price. (he did not) After having waited for more than 3 hours for a diagnostic, (I got the the dealership at 10a and by 2pm, I was still there.) I decided that I needed to leave and asked if they had a loaner vehicle. Of course they charged me for that as well. The next day I went back to pick up my car because at this point, I was told the cause of the rattling. When I got there to pick up my car, the tire was completely flat. (see photo) The service associate put air in my tire and told me that it was losing a pound a minute and that it would be flat again by the next day. So I asked about replacing my tires. (they were in need of replacing but there was no immediate need). He quoted me a price that I thought was high but not ridiculous like the battery incident. So I agreed to have all 4 of my tires replaced. When he called to tell me my car was ready for pick up, the price went up by more than $100. I asked him what happened to the original quote and he said he forgot to add some of the other fees. I came to this service center for a rattling sound in my car and left with 2 items I never would have needed had I not been at their establishment. Something feels very fishy over here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. UPDATE: someone from Chevy called me yesterday after I posted my original review, we went over the information I shared above and he asked me how they can make it right and win my business back. I told him that at the very least, they could honor the quote for the tires that I was originally given. He said he would call me back. I never heard from him again. More

The service team is great. Especially, Scott Rivenbark. The first time I went in for an issue he informed it was covered by an extended warranty I took out when I bought the Je Especially, Scott Rivenbark. The first time I went in for an issue he informed it was covered by an extended warranty I took out when I bought the Jeep in 2010 back when I lived in Virginia. I thought it had expired as a previous dealer did some brake work that should have been covered under the warranty and never mentioned it. They also did it wrong. Scott got it all straightened out. I have had several issues since fixed and Scott got many of them covered under the warranty. He is very professional and takes obvious pride in getting the job done properly with outstanding customer service. He is the reason I will continue to go there for any work that needs to be done. I want to say that Corey Davis has been really outstanding. I came to the dealership with pretty harsh attitude regarding a new car purchase and presented my unhappiness to Corey. He was very pro outstanding. I came to the dealership with pretty harsh attitude regarding a new car purchase and presented my unhappiness to Corey. He was very professional and listened to my issues, did some investigating and explained to me the situation. While I was not happy with that, Corey really stepped up and put me, the customer first. He worked diligently to come up with a solution and emphasized that he valued me as a customer. He lived up to his words and came through with a resolution and that is something that I both respect and appreciate. He really demonstrated and quite frankly exemplified “customer service” through his actions. He was able to reverse my opinion and renewed my faith in this dealership.
