First buying experience - Amazing I came to Heritage - Owings Mills because I thought the car I wanted was at that location. I showed up and quickly learned that the car I want was not I came to Heritage - Owings Mills because I thought the car I wanted was at that location. I showed up and quickly learned that the car I want was not only not at the Owings Mills location, but had been sold, I was alittle upset. This is my first independent car buying experience so I was bummed but knew I would find something else eventually. Joe worked all day to find me a Jeep Compass trailhawk better than the one I wanted AND to get the payments where I need them to be able to afford it. Joe made the whole experience smooth and he was extremely knowledgeable, never pushy and very pleasant to talk to. He even went to great lengths to make sure I could afford the maintenance package that comes with the car. I hope anyone considering buying a car will visit Joe at Heritage - Owings Mills. More
