Kevin Shenton is very untrustworthy, and processed paperwork for my mother's loan at 20% when she put dwon 36,300 on a 2023 Range Rover Velar, half of the cost of the vehicle, even though we were told paperwork for my mother's loan at 20% when she put dwon 36,300 on a 2023 Range Rover Velar, half of the cost of the vehicle, even though we were told that she would receive a very low interest rate given the huge amount she put down in "cash". He made a bogus phone call to the bank under the pretense of getting the interest rate down, then gets off the bogus call and told us that he was not able to get a deal. Everyone knew that the phone call was bogus. My mother is in her 70's and he could have cared less that during the duration of the loan, an elderly woman would be paying nearly 100,000 for the vehicle. I would stay away from this place at all costs. Unscrupolous business practices, inhumane and dishonest in every way. What goes around comes around and life has a way of bringing us down when we have done wrong to hurt others. Remember this when it happens. He even had the monthly payment wrong, said he would correct it and never did. No integrity whatsoever. To think that a person is comfortable with operating in this type of manner is very disturbing.and mind boggling. More

After purchasing my vehicle I was advised that they would look into a refund for a tire purchase a made with my previous lease that was covered through my warranty program. It took over a month for the sales rep to finally reach out and advise that I need to now process the claim myself after the claim was already made through heritage. More
