Horrible experience! Bought a $35,000 vehicle and Philo assured me the process would be simple and easy..... vehicle was financed on a hold contract untill they received the check from my credit union (whi assured me the process would be simple and easy..... vehicle was financed on a hold contract untill they received the check from my credit union (which was received the next day).... a month later my title shows up in the mail only to reflect that the wrong lien holder was listed not my credit union. After talking to philo again he apologized and admitted he was at fault and made an error and that i would only need to drive over an hour to bring my title to him so he could correct the mistake...... MONTHS ago by with still no new title in the mail and my credit union asking where it is. I finally call philo again, he tells me he remembers the incident and it should be processing just taking longer due to COVID and that he would check the status and call me back and update the following Monday. I receive many calls from unknown numbers since the purchase of my vehicle for things like extended warranties usually if it’s important they leave a voice mail and i work odd hours of the night so i am not always available during the day. I did not receive a voice mail but had several missed calls from different numbers assuming to be junk calls. I call philo back a week later and ask why i was not updated and his response to me was that he looked into it and he called me “i did what i said i was going to do” i then asked did i answer the phone call you made? He replied no, then i asked did you leave a voicemail? He replied no as if why in the world would he leave a voice mail. I was obviously irritated and asked why he didn’t feel it necessary to leave a voice mail as i explained i work odd hours. He proceeded to tell me that he did what he said and that he was taking care of the problem, while blatantly disregarding my questions of professionalism from someone that is supposed to be providing customer service to a customer that just spent an awful lot of money at their establishment. I am absolutely furious about the way i was treated by philo and because of him they will not receive any further business of any sorts from me. He will talk you into anything and then screw you over and make your life a headache just so he receives his commission, absolutely atrocious customer service! More

The buying process was horrible but they got it done for what I wanted eventually. Also seemingly unexperienced sales people. But That is okay , the car buying process can be like that . They are horrible with no bright side - the advisor I have been dealing with is arrogant , unfriendly , unpleasant and I just really dislike coming there for him alone. The manager was just like him , ever meet someone that thinks they are being nice but it's not the case - that's him - phony !!! It doesn't help they don't get my issues resolved and I have to bring my car numerous time to the one place I hate going because the customer service is so horrible . Today was my final straw . I will just go to a different dodge unfortunately to save myself the aggravation !! Be aware !! More
