Came in to buy a new Van and trade in my last year model which I was upside down on by 8k. Filled out credit and app and made an appointment to come in to work with Tim. Tim was very nice and I have nothing which I was upside down on by 8k. Filled out credit and app and made an appointment to come in to work with Tim. Tim was very nice and I have nothing bad to say about the man he is a good person and salesman and honest. However, I cannot say the same thing about the manager who was assisting Tim. This manager behind the desk was clueless and very shady to begin with. First he conveniently priced out the new van for me without giving any incentives, and when I called him out on it Tim had him go back and provide new terms. The trade I was offered for my 20 Pacifica was $6,000 lower than Carvana, Carmax and Toyota. They tried to offer me 30k for a vehicle all other dealers offered 36k and this is Chrysler dealer mind you so selling it would be no issue. But, this dealer was greedy and saw that I was there with my kids and I was ready to buy and tried to offer me BS prices and terrible trade. I have bought from this dealership for many years but this was the last time. In a few years this Van will be gone and I will never buy from Chrysler or this dealer again. These managers are trying to screw customers and have no interest making fair offers. Sad. I will make sure nobody in my family and friends buys here again. Again, Tim was great and this is no reflection on him as he was very courteous and friendly. I think even he couldn't believe the BS the manager was trying to offer but oh well. More
