This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was my 4th purchase in the past five years, two of which it was obvious the sale was only about the dealership making money and not th ever had. This however was not the case with MileOne Heritage Jeep. Warren Sullenger was the sales rep who sold me my dream car, a used Wrangler in mint condition. Not only did he make the transaction as smooth as possible, he also took care of my family during the two visits to the dealership. My two year old son was playing with him as if he were family and my one year old son stayed entertained with the pretzels Warren offered. Warren even shared information about his family, showing us pictures and sharing stories of fishing in the bay while we waited for numbers to be crunched. And to speak of the numbers, the numbers were better than I expected and the dealership worked with me on my trade in and reduced the price of the Wrangler to accommodate what I was willing to pay. I walked in with figures in my head and walked out happier than I thought I could be. The after-purchase has been great too. Warren has also called to check up on my family and our new car and to see how we were liking it. This is the type of service car dealerships need, especially in the current economic state we are in. Warren definitely works for his customers and I would recommend him to anyone looking into buying a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler. The dealership itself was a very nice place and you could tell they take pride in what they do. Another bonus was that this was an actual Jeep dealership with actual Jeeps on the lot. I had visited four other dealerships the week before, none of which had more than 8 Wranglers on the lot. MileOne had plenty for me to choose from and I ended up with the one I wanted and the price I wanted. Do not hesitate to visit this dealership if you are seriously looking into purchasing a vehicle. God forbid if anything happens to my Wrangler, but if it does, I know exactly where and who I will be purchasing my next one from. Although I miss my Jeep Patriot I traded in, I know its next owner will be more than happy with the quality of the vehicle as well as the buying experience MileOne Heritage will offer. Great price, great incentives, satisfied with the trade-in value I received. After cleaning out my trade-in I accidently put the keys in my purse out of habit. Joe Perry drove to my house to get the keys instead of asking me to return them myself. Love my new Grand Cherokee and have already recommended this dealership to a friend who is planning to purchase a new Jeep. More

Once settled on the dealership, the vehicle, and the value I reached out to this dealership via email. Tim's response was quick. I told him that I didn't want to waste time, and that if I could not be helped to please not waste my time or his. Tim called me back in a matter of 30 minutes, and asked me when could I come in? I told him I was on my way. Tim greeted me outside, and was more than friendly. I appreciated that this dealership of course was in business to make money, but felt that they were there for their customer as well. Thank you. More
During all the snow my 94 Dodge left me sit (great car) So after deciding it was time for something a little newer I looked on line and viewed a Dodge Nitro that was just what I was looking for, so I calle So after deciding it was time for something a little newer I looked on line and viewed a Dodge Nitro that was just what I was looking for, so I called and got conected with Ed Still. I was unable to make it in at the time so Ed did everything he could via phone and email to get me the Nitro. Unfortunatly by the time I got my car running and was able to get in to see Ed the Nitro had sold.Disappointed but willing to look Ed showed me a Dodge Caraven and altough a van is not what I had in mine I must say I love it. Thanks to everyone at Heritage for their help in getting me on the road again. More
I have bought my last 3 cars from this dealer. Each time I went in just to price out vehicles. Each time, I left that same day with a new car. It is so nice that in 10 years that the same employees are stil I went in just to price out vehicles. Each time, I left that same day with a new car. The sales manager was also willing to do whatever it took to help me get in to the car i wanted and, was very helpful in explaining my options. the last time i bought a car it made me feel like I got ripped off as soon as i left the dealership, but not with your staff. It felt good to buy a new car and i had the exact oppisite feeling when i left your dealership. I would be happy to come back and purchase many more cars from your dealership. More

Ed Still was the sales person and I must say he made my car buying experience a very nice one, he got to the point with me and was very staight forward answered all my questions to my satisfaction and was very pleasant and kind even made me laugh a bit, a very nice gentlemen, I will be sending anyone I know looking for a car, to him!
