My Salesperson Joe Perry was magnificent. He was honest, helpful, and accomodating. He worked out our requests and we did not feel pressured to purchase a car. I know anytime I go to a car dealership to purchase a vehicle, I feel like a lamb in a pack of hungry wolves or I'll be force fed something I don't want. I researched many vehicles before coming to Heri vehicle, I feel like a lamb in a pack of hungry wolves or I'll be force fed something I don't want. I researched many vehicles before coming to Heritage One. When it was time to make a visit, I was directed to Tim Sokolowski. He listened to what my needs were and only showed vehicles that met my requirements. He didn't waste my time or try to push me into something I couldn't afford. I appreciated his demeanor and our conversation/negotiations seemed as if we could have been having a beer while we proceeded. I emailed back and forth with him and he was quick to respond. Even though he was satisfied he sold me the car, he has been even more concerned with my family's happiness with our purchase, after the sale. He has made many efforts to ensure I continue to be happy and that our buying experience has been non-stressful and friendly. I felt like I received a good price and a good deal on my trade-in as well. Did they make some money off of me, sure, but that's part of the business and I'm okay with that. I just didn't want to feel like I was ripped off and couldn't sleep that night. We don't. Thank you for treating us fairly and reasonably. See you in the future. The entire staff that I dealt with was great but Tim was fantastic. I've wanted the New Jeep Liberty for about 6 months but didn't buy it because the payments were going to be a bit to much. I would go back to this dealer anytime. They're friendly and HONEST. Very straight-forward and a pleasure to work with. We shopped for a car online for several weeks, and each subsequent week showed us how terrible the customer service is in our pleasure to work with. Each online request was met with a "come into the showroom" response. I instead asked about a vehicle with Tim via the web, my e-mail was returned in minutes with a helpful answer, and he even followed up by phone. Ultimately, Tim found a vehicle that met my needs and price point without all of the drama associated with this at other dealers in my area. Definitely worth working with! More
My Girlfriend and I did our homework online about a used green 06 Jeep Commander, which this location had not only at a amazing price but in new car condition. When we walked in, we immediately asked for Barry, the gentleman whom helped us out over the phone. Right from the initial greet, we got a good vibe from Barry..he just seemed like a genuine sales rep...unlike many other reps. Between looking, driving, re-looking, and talking #'s, after many hours we had left the lot with the car we went in there for. I can't express just how great Barry and Jimmy A. (Sales Manager) were. To be honest, my girlfriend and I came into there location after having a long day of painting our home...needless to say we looked rough and neither Jimmy nor Barry brushed us off due to our painters appearance. Barry was extremely patient with us while we discussed price and looked over the vehicle. Jimmy was absolutely incredible too...he was extremely professional, but a guy to laugh with also. He really helped pull through and get us where we needed to be with monthly payments. Both of the gentleman sincerely went the extra mile to get us on the road with the jeep we loved...but in a non-pushy manner. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this dealership and asking for Barry! He really makes you feel like he is on your side of the fence and putting his name on the title too. We have bought numerous cars from other dealerships, and my girlfriend and I have never had a sales rep who pulled through and delivered the satisfaction that Barry did. Great Job!! I will be referring anyone looking for a Jeep or Dodge to this location in a heartbeat...and they just have to ask for Barry. More
I took my car to the local Chrysler/Jeep dealer in Annapolis for service and was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee upfront for a warrenty issue. I made some inquiries and ended up speaking to Victor Clash, who works for Heritage Chrysler, was more than eager to assist me with having my car repaired. I drove 50 miles out of my way to bring my car to him and the Heritage team. I did not commit to an appointment time, and when I arrived they checked me in and had my car inside with a technician in a timely manner. Bill, the mechanic diagnosed my car and came out to explain everything first hand with Victor. I had my car repaired and will definatly bring it back to Heritage for all of my warrenty repairs. More
My experience at this dealership started out as a good one...I received a great deal of information from the internet sales manager prior to my visit, and I was impressed with the competitiveness of the p one...I received a great deal of information from the internet sales manager prior to my visit, and I was impressed with the competitiveness of the prices that I saw reflected on the dealsership's website. However, as soon as I stepped foot in the store, my impression of this dealership drastically changed, for 2 main reasons: 1) I was consistently treated in a condescending manner, I believe largely because I'm a young (24 year old) female. I appreciate it when dealerships take the time to 'explain' what they are doing prior to doing it, but when it comes across in as 'dumbing it down' in s condescending manner, it is not appreciated; 2) I was quoted a price for a particular model Grand Cherokee (Laredo E package) that was significantly higher than the prices that I had been quoted for the next model up (Laredo X package) at every other dealership that I had visited...one of which was also a Mile One Heritage location. When I brought this to the attention of the gentleman who was assisting me, he had no answer other than 'we can't match that.' It gets even better...a few days after my visit to the dealership, I received a call from another gentleman at this location...he asked why I had not decided to purchase a car from them during my visit, and I informed him that their prices for E model Laredos were more than one should expect to pay for X model Laredos. At this point, this gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) tried to sell me a car that was 1) not in the color I was looking for; and 2) had none of the features that I wanted! What a waste of time. Long story short, I felt that this dealership saw me walk in the door, and thought it would be easy to take advantage of me...fortunately I had done my research prior to visiting this dealership. Needless to say I did not, and will never, purchase a car from this dealership. More
I went to Heritage Dodge to find a new car for my wife and me. We were only a few feet into the store when Joe walked up to us, asked how we were doing, and offered to help us. We told him that we were looking for a gas efficient car, but other than that didn't really know what we wanted. He was very polite, and seemed to know the right questions to ask to help us figure out what kind of car would fit us best. He showed us the new Calibur and told us everything we wanted to know. What really stood out for me was that he actually talked to my wife AND me. (Every other dealer we talked to seemed to assume my wife was just there to try out the passenger seat.) After a test drive he introduced us to his manager who also was very polite and genuinely interested in what we needed. After that we sat down with Joe and started working out the details. The whole process was much more enjoyable than our other dealership visits. Joe didn't try to snow me or talk down to me like alot of salesman do. After we decided to buy the car we went talked to NAME, the finance manager. Continuing the trend, NAME was also very polite and didn't talk AT us, but with us. The whole finance process only took about 15 minutes. All in all, I appreciated the professional, considerate atmosphere of the whole dealership. Even the mechanics who Joe introduced us to greeted us with a smile and took the time to shake our hand, and I can't stress strongly enough how great Joe treated us. A great salesman and a great dealership. More
