I had a wonderful experience at Heritage! The staff, starting with Nick who called me after my interest in the 2008 Dodge Avenger. Then arriving at your dealership yesterday and Nick referring me to Lee starting with Nick who called me after my interest in the 2008 Dodge Avenger. My experience was a long one, but with my experience with cars, that is normally the case. Lee was amazing, he was so gracious and supportive. Then I met with Kathy and Jay. They are terrific at what they do. Very knowledgable, friendly, kind and very welcoming. I have already referred a friend to contact Lee about trading in her Mazda 3. I went to buy a new car from Heritage, using USAA's pricing. They honored the USAA price with no haggling, had the right car in stock, and were incredibly flexible throughout the buying process. Shopping for a new Dodge Ram 2500 seemed to be an ominous task. I talked to 3 dealers, and visited 2. I had my heart set on a green diesel model with an 8 ft bed and was told by another dealer that it could task. I talked to 3 dealers, and visited 2. Through an internet inquiry, Vance said there were 3 available, so I set up a time to visit Heritage Dodge. Vance met me there and introduced me to Tim. However, they were misinformed, and there were no green 2500's around. I test drove a blue gas model and was impressed. My wife and I discussed the finances and agreed that the gas model fit our price range better. We also found that a black model was available at Heritage through the website. Tim was very honest and helpful as well as very personable. But the main reason we bought the truck was because it was on the lot and available. New car get ready left a few things to be desired. Lots of smudges and spots were left all over the truck, and a rub mark on the rear bumper concerns me. Getting a vehicle ready for someone should be something to celebrate about, and done with care. The finance manager was very polite, especially to my daughter. However, things changed when my family came to pick up the truck and I changed my mind and declined the extended warranty. The job got done, but there was considerable tension in the air. The price was no better than I could have done at the other dealer. More

I went to the Dealer the next day and met with Warren Sullenger. I warned him I was a pain in the ass and he just smiled and seemed to consider it a challenge. He and several others made it seem as if the entire organization were working for me. Warren listened intently, asked the right questions, and met every need. He and another gentleman quickly appraised my range rover and vette that I wanted to trade, found me the new 2011 Grand Cherokee Limited with the bells and whistles I was looking for, and had the paperwork prepared and ready for signature almost immediately. Warren even road with me to my home to pick up one of my vehicles and change my tags. It was the smoothest car purchase I've ever made. One last thing: I left a pair of glasses in one of my cars and Warren had it in the mail to me the following day. Thanks Warren. More

We began the search for a 2010 Jeep about a month ago. We had went to several dealerships and felt we weren't receiving the customer service that we deserved. We submitted a request for more information on a 2010 Jeep Liberty at about midnight to Heritage Jeep. At 9 AM the next morning Joe called to set up a time to test drive. We were at Heritage within an hour. We took the Liberty for a test drive. Joe was very thorough in explaining every option and detail about the Liberty. We fell in love with the vehicle and decided to purchase. We were on a time crunch due to our work schedules. Joe worked very hard to get our vehicles (bike and car) appraised, the deal completed, paper work signed, and us out the door as quickly as he could. He was running around doing 20 different things at once for us. He was as nice as could be and very accomodating. He didn't get frustrated with the time crunch, but rather worked harder. Dave was also very personable and accomodating. He worked very hard to get our paperwork completed quickly. He thoroughly explained the maintenance plans and extended warranties, which we took advantage of. All and all our experience at Heritage Jeep in Owings Mill was a great one. We had done a lot of research and their prices were the best. They have a large selection but we knew exactly what we wanted. Joe didn't waste our time showing us anything else. He knew what we wanted and sealed the deal quickly. He called in a few days for a follow-up. We just received a certificate for a free first oil change and also got a $25 Target gift card for test driving the vehicle. We LOVE our new Jeep and are very pleased with the way we were treated, the price, and the hard work that Joe and Dave did. I highly recommend Heritage Jeep and Joe Perry. More
