I am a repeat customer of this dealership. I went in to purchase a 2010 Jeep Sahara that was listed on the dealerships website for $24,100. I am also in the military and am entitled to a cash incentive of purchase a 2010 Jeep Sahara that was listed on the dealerships website for $24,100. I am also in the military and am entitled to a cash incentive of $500 offered by Jeep, not the dealership. This dealership would not honor it. They said that the internet price included it and that if a civilian came in to purchase the same jeep at the internet price, they would raise the price by $500 because that person was not military which is absurd. So if you are not military, the internet price gets raised by $500 and if you are military, you cannot get the $500 cash incentive. For a lousy $500, these people allowed me to walk away from this deal. It wasn't even the amount, the sales manager was talking to me as if I was stupid and I didn't understand cash rebates and incentives and internet prices. The whole situation was ridiculous and a insult to members of the military. More
