I had bought a used 2010 Jeep Laredo in December 2010 and I was happy with the Laredo, but since my daughter tot 2011, I wanted to lease a 2011 Jeep. We had a great experience at this dealership. We have previously spoke with the salesman earlier in the day. When we had arrived later that evening, he greated us at the door and had the vehicle already previously spoke with the salesman earlier in the day. This was my very first car buying experience....I knew I wanted the car, but they really helped me make my final decision by taking me through all of the paperwork nice and slowly. It wasn't snowing when I got to the dealership but 5+ hours later there was a blinding snowstorm with about 5 inches of snow on the ground....thank goodness my Caliber has AWD!!
