Very nice and clean with pleasant greetings. Someone quickly asked if I needed help with anything. I was looking at new cars for a company car that my new job will provide. Joelle went above and bey quickly asked if I needed help with anything. I was looking at new cars for a company car that my new job will provide. Joelle went above and beyond for me on the day I came in. She showed me ever SUV and Truck and explaining all the options and equipment each one I looked at. She encouraged me to try all the controls and options and get exited about their offerings. Without asking or prompting, she supplied me with data and information that was important to the selection of the car. A week later Joelle sent a very professional email detailing the rang of SUVs currently in the lot with pricing and options, that I could give to our companies leasing agent. Note this was during COVID 19 and most dealerships have very little to no cars on the lot. More

We've bought 2 cars from Heritage. For over a month, my wife was getting texts and phone calls from Joe Perry, telling her she could trade in our 2017 Pacifica for a new one. So I decided to jump in and secretly start communication with Joe to see if I could surprise my wife for Christmas. I emailed Joe several times and left a few voice messages, Finally I had to call the dealership and leave a message saying, "Tell Joe I certainly don't have to work with a dealership an 1 1/2 hours away but you contacted us." Of course that prompted a call back and Joe proceeded to start explaining the challenges of getting something done. I interrupted him and told him to stop and said this news would have been relevant 2 days ago. Hey Joe, not every deal is an easy cookie-cutter. You bombarded us; we didn't come to you.
