It was about 75 miles from my home but I was looking for a Dodge Nitro with a specific color and options. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Ian Johnson. He asked me if I needed any help and asked me if I wanted to go for a ride in this 2011 Nitro. I am very familiar with the Nitro as I got an early one from 2007 and enjoyed it for 3 years (the Lease term). Ian is by far the most curteous and helpful car sales person I have ever dealed with. He did not rush me and answered every question I had about the car and new lease. The financial manager, Ken, was also a pleasure to deal with. I truly didn't think I would leave with the Nitro that evening. Ian got one of the detailers at the shop to clean up the car before I inspected it. He drove it into the service bay and allowed me to inspect it thoroughly. He did not rush me and the vehicle was 100% perfect. I try to buy American vehicles all the time. I am very impressed with the quality of the Nitro and suggest that anyone looking to purchase a rugged SUV that they look into the Nitro. Nothing on the road looks like this. It reminds me of the old 1960's Powerwagons. It's not your wife's Rav4. If you are in the MD or PA vacinity, please look up this dealership and specifically ask for Ian Johnson. More

Joe Perry was my salesman and he is the best. When I arrive there I found out that the car I orginal came to look at was sold a few hours before I got there. Joe showed me two others cars (Dodge Charge V6 motor) that were the same one that I wanted to look at but a different color. I was getting ready to leave because I was looking for a certain color. Joe ask me to give a few minutes and he would find me what I wanted. He found the car of my dreams within a minute.He drove us over to one of their other lots that they have to show me the car. I actually got the car I wanted because I didnt think I could afford the car I wanted with the motor I wanted so I was limiting my options on my search. But with Joes excellent and professional help. He showed me that I could get the car of my dreams with the HEMI motor I wanted with the extra options for the same price of the other car. I never told Joe I wanted one with a HEMI motor because I thought it was out of my price range. Thanks to Joe for showing me what all of my options were unlike the other Dealerships I went to. I am now a proud owner of a DODGE CHARGER R/T (HEMI MOTOR). Thanks Joe for making my dream come true. I highly recommend this dealership because they have so many different types of cars, trucks, jeeps to choose from that it gives you plenty of options to choose from. I didn’t want it,most of them are scams, in fact I said NO 3 times but finally gave in after being told that all I’d have to worry about is changing the oil,tires and brakes for the next 5 years! Bumper to Bumper!! According to your sales manager It was the greatest warranty on earth!!All for the low,low price of $1967.00 A fuckin bargain!! Needless to say your warrant IS a scam!!and your sales manager IS a conman and as far as I’m concerned a THIEF! Everything electrical inside the vehicle ceased working. It still starts and runs,headlights work, but nothin else. SO I dug out my ELITE PLUS warranty and went to my local Mile One in Bel Air. Once I got there a very nice man informed me that they would have to replace a 125amp Megafuse and the battery in order to diagnose the problem. and guess what? My ELITE PLUS warranty didn’t cover it!! Big surprise there! even though I’m pretty sure that these parts are inside the bumpers. Then to add INSULT to INJURY I asked how much to megafuse and battery would cost and was told that the fuse was $171 for parts and labor and that the battery would be $189 parts and labor. So, being the skeptic that I am I went to an authorized GM parts web Site and found my $171 fuse for $3.08. Yup a big bad THREE DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS!!! Then I found my $189 Battery (actually a better one with 825CCA) for $89 dollars. I would appear that your entire business model is based on deception and theft. Well I’m a paralyzed army veteran living on $1011 a month and I cant afford to pay Mile One to RIP ME OFF!! So I’m retrieving my vehicle and will attempt to do the repair myself. I was a helicopter mechanic in the Army so I think I can handle it. As for Mile One, I intent to scream from the mountaintops to anyone who will listen about your worthless warranty and your willingness to ripoff disabled Army veterans. I’ll visit your facebook page often and give accounts of MY experience with Mile One and their business model. After going to another Jeeep dealership for the Grand Cherokee and an GMC dealership for the Terain we where given the best deal at Heritage for the Grand Cherokee that we purcahsed. The saleman and the Sales manager where easy to work with and where totally hospitable to us. It is due to this fact that we have purchased three Jeeps from Heritage. My original Grand Cherokee was 2001 with 223232 miles on it before it died. It owned me nothing. All i ever did was the normal maintenance and it ran with no problems all of that time. I have been so happy with my choice of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that i really didn't consider anythig else. The only wish list that i have for it was a few extra features on the Limited Edition that i didn't get. But i still love it. My wife owns an Jeep Liberty that we purchased from Heritage that now has 163250 miles on it and it is still running great. We love our Jeeps and wouldn't buy anything else. Althought i thought the price for the new ones was going very high i still purchased one from them. The only thing i do have a contention with is I thought i would get more options on the Limited Edition that didn't come with mine. John Becker More

Heritage and Warren followed up without being pushey or annoying, their timing with follow-up calls was perfect and Robert was excellant as a back-up to Warren. In the end they drove a great distance to get the vehicle I wanted instead of trying to convince me to buy something that was easy for them to get. They also had enough sense to treat my wife as an equal (probably because they recognized she was the smart one) even though I was clearly the buyer. More
