I went into this dealership open to lease any vehicle, but I had a set price. I was showed 3 cars, and after deciding on a car, we went inside to talk about a price. They came back with nearly $200 over t but I had a set price. I was showed 3 cars, and after deciding on a car, we went inside to talk about a price. They came back with nearly $200 over the price I told them I needed to be at. A manager then came over and made me feel as though I was wrong for looking at the car because I should have known it would not be in my price range. However, the sales person knew my price before showing me the car and knew it would be too expensive, yet he showed it to me anyways. I thought he would at least show me things near the price I had given him. He also told me that I would not be able to lease any new car with the price I needed. I left feeling very discouraged. I went right next door to Mazda where I was treated much better. I did get to lease a brand new car at the price I needed. The people were friendly, but I just wish I had a better experience at this dealership. More

They have not only been helpful, courteous, and honest, they really went to bat for me when my car needed repairs not covered within th is top notch. My car is now running like new again! Mike Firestein was instrumental in making this process as painlesss as possible, when your vehicle is in for service. The entire crew at Heritage Jeep service from the service manager to the service writers to the mechanics all deserve a huge raise for their actions.
