When me and my husband left Philadelphia to go to Maryland to Mile One Heritage we didnt believe that we would find a nice person like Mr.Warren. We was having a hard time getting a car cause of our Maryland to Mile One Heritage we didnt believe that we would find a nice person like Mr.Warren. We was having a hard time getting a car cause of our own bad credit but Mr. Warren and the team at Heritage AutoPark they work for us until late in the evening and by the time they was finish we was going back to Philadelphia in a NEW Used car! And we just want to Thank Mr. Warren and the people at Heritage Autopark in Omings Mills ,MD for taking their time and making our time comfortable as can be and giving us a changes when noone else would!!! This is our fourth vehicle purchased from this dealership and more importantly from "Joe Perry", our new car salesman each time. Joe is friendly, yet professional. We feel completely confident that he is being honest and forthright in his dealings with us. He has always given us a great deal, makes sure we get all the incentives that are available, and that all the paperwork is done right the first time. Once he went above and beyond to locate a specific Durango with the options and colors we wanted and then promptly arranged for it to be brought to Maryland for our inspection and purchase. Also, when a member of our household wanted a Challenger, Joe dealt with him in the same excellent manner and customized the vehicle the way the customer wanted. Joe has always been very informed of all featres no matter if we were buying trucks, an SUV and a car. We feel that Joe Perry is an excellent, great addtion to this already great dealership. And we have always had very good and prompt service on the vehicles brought in as well, which has available shuttle service for the area - - something important for those working in the area a well as living there. While my salesman was very nice, he seemed to be more interested in his cell phone and text messages then he was about me. The finance person was terrific as well. he explained everything thoroughly but did not take excessive time in finalizing everything. I do not feel that I walked away with the deal of a lifetime BUT I did get what I wanted for my trade, I did get the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay, so I am very satisfied. More
I drove 50 miles to Heritage Jeep because they had the most aggressive advertised prices on their new vehicles. In this case, the advertised pricing for the vehicle I was interested in was $2000 less than most aggressive advertised prices on their new vehicles. I appreciated the fact that I knew we had a very reasonable starting point when starting negotiations. There were no surprises in the price or anything that made the experience negative. My only issue was the low appraisal value on my trade was a little low, but it was a brand they don't sell so they had to send it to a wholesaler. They ended up coming up a little on it though. I was happy with the demeanor and attitude of the salesman and the staff. They were very friendly and laid back. They were not using stupid high pressure techniques. I'm the one who had to say that I'd like to see what they could do for the Jeep I liked. Overall, I spent about 4-5 hours at the dealership which included test driving 2 different vehicles, the appraisal process, and the loan and application process. They made the paperwork easy and pretty fast. The salesman recognized that I'm good with electronics and already was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle and didn't spend an hour going over every little switch. Previous buying experiences included that tedious step and I appreciate that he didn't put me through that. When I expressed interest in the Jeep in the showroom, they were more than happy to pull it out so I could drive it. I didn't feel unnecessarily pressured to do anything while there. Overall, a very positive experience. I'm confident that I would have no problem buying another vehicle here and have already recommended the dealership to friends who like my new Jeep. More

My son and I were looking for a used Dodge Charger and had to been to 3 other dealerships. The professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm that we were treated with at Heritage was so much better than any had to been to 3 other dealerships. The professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm that we were treated with at Heritage was so much better than any other dealership , it was not even in the same class. As a family we have purchased 6 vehiclses in the past 4 years-having 2 highschool drivers and new cars for us-and Heritage-by far-was the best experience. I would highly recommend this particular dealership to anyone. We were taken care of by Joe, Tim, and Tom who were all very professional. I realize it is thier job to try ot sell us a car, but they all managed to be persuasive without coming across as "pushy". I am usually very put off by car salesmen, but did not feel that way at all at this dealership. BTW-the finance person we met with was also equally professional and courteous. The GREAT salesperson, JAMES LEE ARISTIDOU JR, was all I could ask for. He listened to & delivered needs & wants within my budget. The dealership, Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Owings Mills, MD, was very clean and filled with various vehicles. I only wish they could fit every vehicle model inside the showroom, so that you can look in a more comfortable setting. Financing was okay. Now, I understand why I was waiting 2 hours to see the only person to finish the buying process. There was a line of 2-3 people in front of me to try and buy (I don't no how it turn out for them) at 45 minutes each with only one closer. When I finally got in, I decided to see what APR they would offer with my great credit. This is when things got interesting. They knew I had financing through USAA @4.25%, so to my surprise he offered a rate of 3.99% already on the screen. I said it's not worth it. He then just clicked on the 3.99% and typed 3.59%, and that caught my eye. Not because it was 0.4% lower, but that he could just type in a new number without doing anything else. Okay, of course I like the lower %, but if it's that easy to change, why are you so intent on me getting financing through you? I want 0%, but I'll switch at 1% I thought to myself. Next, is checkout with all the candy right there. That is, maintainance, gap ins, etc. which is a quick bumrush of $6500 - $1000 savings, right. Pay it upfront and the interest from the money you give more than pays for what you get. I was in that office for 15 minutes, and that's where the high pressure sales pitch is. I just went with USAA, and wish I could have skipped this part. Arrived at 6pm, looked at car and talked while paperwork was being done for 45 minutes. Then came the 2 hour wait with 15 minute pitch. I drove off at 9:10pm (past closing) in new vehicle. I could have been out in an hour! More
