Had a great purchasing experience. Although the Jeep factory has been having difficulty with availability of specific Grand Cherokee models, these guys worked very hard at trying to find a vehicle that factory has been having difficulty with availability of specific Grand Cherokee models, these guys worked very hard at trying to find a vehicle that had acceptable options for me. The sales staff was helpful and generally came across as trustworthy - which is not something that I can say about a few other Chrysler dealerships that I dealt with recently. We are Main Street Catering Bowie, MD & the perfect van for us was AN HOUR AWAY at Heritage in Catonsville. We couldn't get to Catonsville - lots of catering commitments - but SALESMAN ED STILLS made i van for us was AN HOUR AWAY at Heritage in Catonsville.
