I visited this dealership right before the Christmas holiday to purchase a Fiat convertible for my husband. Based upon my phone conversation, I decided to drive the 60 miles to see what was in stock and if the dealership could meet my needs. Maurice did not disappoint. I told him what I was looking to accomplish, what I was willing to spend, and the time-frame for my purchase. He was incredibly patient and knew all about the Fiat. I first received a call from Eric the one of the Sales Managers and wrote down that "he was very polite". I called and spoke with Vance who invited me in. I did stop in that day and was turned over to an outstanding Salesman Louis Wade. I knew exactly what I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had test driven one at another Dealership. Louis made sure that I test drove his vehicle and showed me so many features and explain everything to me. This was not done at the other Dealership. I felt extremely comfortable with Louis and the conversation just flowed. Little did he know, that he was building my confidence in him. As we all know, Car Salesmen don't have the best reputation! Louis' knowledge and professionalism was superb! Once, I decided to purchase this Jeep, I then had some interaction with Al, Rob and Dave. Again, the encounters where all helpful. I wrapped my deal up at 11pm and they where the best with customer service and positive attitudes and I did apology for keeping them that late. The next day when I went back with some questions, Rob the General Manager answered them throughly. I told him about the outstanding service that I received from the first call from Eric, who by the way Rob introduced me to through to Dave. They are all wonderful and everyone should come here! I needed a car with high gas mileage. After doing some research online found that the Fiat 500 was a viable option.
