I visited Heritage Jeep after looking at a few used vehicles on their website. From the minute I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted by friendly faces and felt right at home. Chris Parker worked with me and had already pulled up the vehicle I was interested in.From that point, my car was appraised and I met a few other staff members. Robert (sales manager), Dave (financing), Eric (appraised my car)- were so great to me. My credit situation was a little tricky, but that didn't change a thing (as is sometimes does at other dealerships.) I was treated like a friend and everyone at the dealership worked together to overcome my credit issue. When they called me the next morning to let me know that I had been approved for a loan and could pick up my new car, I was ecstatic! This was truly a great experience and I will never go anywhere else to purchase again. I know I've said thank you about a hundred times, but thank you again for making this experience such a great one!!! Looking forward to doing business with you for many years to come! More
