Justin helped me greatly with the purchase through a online Jeep forum. Even though he is over 8 hours away and I am not buying from his dealership. We were getting ready to have a baby, so we decided we wanted to get a new Jeep. This is now the fifth car we have bought from Joe, and there is NOBODY else we would buy a car from. His professionalism is the gold standard of the car buying experience. He never puts on a "hard sale" and he had the answer to each of our questions; Joe even called up and congratulated us when we had our baby. My wife and I were in the market for a newer minivan. I saw a few I liked at this dealer so I put in an online request. Within a day I received a call from Chris and our story began. I told him how we knew we would have rollover on a trade in and we would also have outside financing so it was all about the final vehicle cost. We were optimistic at first, but that quickly went away. Chris made every effort to find one with everything we were looking for and we did alot over the phone because we knew the day we came in we would be on a very tight schedule. Chris even texted me some pictures of options to make sure it's what we wanted. We narrowed it down to three possibilities and made an appointment to come in. The greet was great and we got right to work. We quickly eliminated one of the choices and the last two came down to color preference. Once we test drove it, we knew we wanted it and it was time to talk some numbers. Within 20 minutes, we reached our target and moved onto paperwork. We got to talk to Chris for awhile and he is a great person and we are extremely satisfied that we got to work with him. We were offered coffee and snacks and even let us plug our cell phones in so we could charge them! The paperwork went very smooth and they detailed the van to include a full tank of gas! All in all, we were out of there in less than 3 hours with our new van. Highly recommended by us!! Thanks again! More

Our purchase financing was initiated online and we recieved a quick call from Chris. He confirmed what we were looking for and set up everything. On St Patty's day, my wife and I decided to stop in to Heritage Jeep to look at a new Grand Cherokee. We had been car shopping all week and walked in with the intention of simply looking and getting some Heritage Jeep to look at a new Grand Cherokee. We had been car shopping all week and walked in with the intention of simply looking and getting some numbers; had no intention of buying a car the same day. We were immediatley greeted at the door by a sales manager (Eric), and directed towards a sales representative. We explained what we were looking for and from that moment I knew we were in the right place. We first said we wanted to see a grand cherokee limited. Chris then asked what features we wanted which we told him. He then explained to us that we can get the same feautures on a laredo "X" and save us a couple thousand dollars. He had my trust (and business) from that point for being so honest and up front; that is an outstanding customer service quality. They had one on the lot that had everything my wife wanted so she test drove it and fell in love. Chris was very thorough and knowledgable about the car and its features, going over every little detail to make sure we understood how it all worked. He answered all of our questions promptly, efficiently, and truthfully; never once did I get the impression that he or anyone else at Heritage was trying to sucker is in to something. Now it was time to discuss the numbers! We had looked at 4 other cars this past week and had her trade in car appraised 4 times, each time the amount came in much lower then what we wanted. Chris asked what I needed to get on my trade in to make a deal so I told him. He then promised they would match that. Well he didn't keep his promise, he surpassed his promise. The other dealers came in $2600 below the payoff for her car, Heritage came in $600 below the payoff!! He then broke down the price of the car with all the amazing rebates, plus our down payment and came back with a monthly payment for us. He saw we were still a little hesitant because the number was a little higher then what we wanted to spend. He called the finance manager over who asked what ballpark we wanted to be in. I told him, and again he promised he would get us there. Once again he didn't keep his promise, he surpassed it! Came in almost $50 below where I told him I wanted to be. With all the numbers the showed and the fact my wife loved the car, and customer service was the best I had ever seen how could we say no. So we walked out of that dealer driving a brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo "X" fully loaded for less money then what we had budgeted for! If that doesn't entice you to shop heritage then I don't know what will! More
