No that is incorrect sir. My instructions were to wait until I got insurance figured out before moving forward, but still how do you register a car without any insurance. Ebenezer Author said to me and my fiancé that the dealership is allowed to sell you a car without having car insurance. I reached out asking for help on how insurance and registration works in Maryland and that I would like to have both in Maryland. I needed to sort out the insurance part first and before I can do that Ebenezer Author went ahead and registered our car at a address we never provided to him. That address that is used to register the car was not mentioned in the emails when we were communicating about the registration.

Scott...I got an email from you directly today, Feb 8 @ 2:35 pm so you obviously aren't being truthful. Every email I get from Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Owings Mills, I click "unsubscribe" and mark it as SPAM. Obviously, that removes me from your database since you can't seem to find me, but it doesn't keep the emails from continuing to flow in. Buyers beware before contacting these folks and make sure you are ready to be bothered to death. What a terrible way to try and get customer business.
