I believe he could sense the anxiety in my voice and made me feel confident and secure that my vehicle issue would be resolved. He had a goal to have my vehicle ready and waiting by 5:30pm the same day I dropped it off. His final communication to me was that he had exceeded his goal in having my vehicle ready by 5pm. I was so excited and thankful. Its a holiday weekend and I no longer have to be stressed about my vehicle repairs. My car is running smooth and I am home before 6pm.
