I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience with Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Owings Mills has been extremely frustrating and still unresolved. I purchased a used vehicle from them on Nove Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Owings Mills has been extremely frustrating and still unresolved. I purchased a used vehicle from them on November 8, 2025. Before I even took possession of the vehicle, the dealership damaged the front passenger fender. They admitted fault and agreed to repair it—but more than three weeks later, the repair is still not done. What makes this situation worse: The dealership is using a third-party contractor, not a certified body shop. This contractor only comes once a week if they show up at all and performs repairs outdoors, which is unacceptable for body work. Communication between the Sales and Service departments has been inconsistent and often conflicting. I have been making monthly payments on a vehicle that I barely got to drive, while the dealership has had it in their possession longer than I have. The rental vehicle they provided is nowhere near the level, value, or class of the vehicle I purchased for my business. I rarely receive updates unless I reach out first. The disconnect and apparent tension between Sales and Service is obvious, and the customer is the one who suffers because of it. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and expected professionalism, timely repairs, and accurate communication. At this point, I am exploring formal consumer complaints and legal options. I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through this. More
