He could not tell me if my warranty was valid or what services were included for my issue. There was one Service Representative that assisted us the best. She was friendly, professional, and offered her services if we did not get any answers from anyone else. Her name was LeJuan Robinson. If you have any questions regarding services, contact LeJuan. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.
