They figured it out! Unfortunately, I recently had a problem with the car I purchased from Freedom. They went above and beyond for me. They came and towed my car. At first it seemed ok, and wasn't throwing a code. They figured it was moisture in the gas tank, so they filled my tank. The problem we were having, they did then notice. Somehow, they figured out that it was a bad coil. They fixed it, and they had a shuttle service pick me up from work. Haven't had an issue since. I would like to mention Ashley Albright, a sales associate in this review. Even though her job was done, she made the sale, she got involved with my service. When I didn't know who to contact, she got back to me. When she got to work, she saw my car there and talked to the service dept. She drove it herself, and noticed what I was talking about. Ashley didn't have to do all that. Most sales associates wouldn't display the follow through that she did. She's an A+ associate! More

Alan Pearson, Service Manager went above and beyond for us Our handicap accessible Chrysler Town and Country is the only way we can transport our 19 year old daughter with Rett Syndrome. We were told the van n Our handicap accessible Chrysler Town and Country is the only way we can transport our 19 year old daughter with Rett Syndrome. We were told the van needed a whole new engine with only 48,000 miles and Chrysler corporate customer service said it was not covered. I went to see Alan Pearson, the dealership service manager. He really went to bat for us and made some phone calls and turns out we had to pay much less than a new engine would have cost. Alyssa in Chrysler service was also so helpful and professional and made our lives a bit less stressful and that is priceless. Can't thank them enough!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing service on these vehicles. More

TREATED ME WONDERFULLY I had to have my Jeep towed there on a Sunday. Was on my way home to Pgh from a trip. Long story short, it turned out to be that what was wrong had I had to have my Jeep towed there on a Sunday. Was on my way home to Pgh from a trip. Long story short, it turned out to be that what was wrong had nothing to do with my Jeep and instead had to do with something that went wrong at the gas pump before we got on road. At that point they could have said, come get your car. But they looked it over, put gas in it for me, I asked them to do another small thing on the car that the Jeep dealer in my hometown forgot to do, held it for me the rest of the week. I picked it up the following Saturday and there was no charge. I think they went above and beyond, they were quick and efficient getting back to me and I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Great service..... More

Rude salesmen and terrible service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service and inspection. I was told a few hundred in brake work was needed so I gave the go ahead. Once I was told the car was ready I had to wait over an hour to get it. While waiting, I looked at the new Ram 1500 trucks since I knew I'd be buying one in the next few months. I had to hunt a salesman down and once I did he didn't seem very interested in answering my questions. He was actually down right rude and seemed to want to be anywhere else but selling cars. Two days after I brought my Cadillac home the brakes failed on interstate 81. I almost got into an accident. I had the car towed to another garage to have them take a look at it. Long story short, these people totally screwed up my brakes. It cost me another few hundred dollars to have the brakes redone elsewhere. I was not about to take it back to this place and take my life into my own hands. I haven't gone back since and bought my new Ram 1500 from another more friendly dealership. Consider yourself warned.
