Service at last minute Thank you to the service team working on 9/28/18 around closing time, apologies for not remembering ya’lls name. After driving from DC to pick up our Thank you to the service team working on 9/28/18 around closing time, apologies for not remembering ya’lls name. After driving from DC to pick up our first travel trailer we found out our Grand Cherokee brake system needed to be re-programmed, we showed up almost at closing time to see if this could be done. With no hesitation this team started working on our car and had the job done in a short time frame. Without them we would of have to spend money in a hotel and wait the next day to be able to tow out new travel trailer. Great place, great service and awesome people!! Thank you again. More

Inspection and recall repair Staff is very courteous. Explanations were given when needed. Time needed was longer than expected. I had to call to see if ready at 4:00pm. I recommend sales dept but service department Service dept is terrible always problem with their pricesfor oil change tire rotation to waiting for parts my steering wheel was ordered in Nov I left Service dept is terrible always problem with their pricesfor oil change tire rotation to waiting for parts my steering wheel was ordered in Nov I left several messages emails and message on website I was told it was in months ago then it couldn't be found when I wanted to schedule such a mix up waited 7 months for it to be fixed also they wanted me to pay $36 a piece for wiper blades stating my vehicle failed cause supper screeched then paper work stated damage blades and they where not. Spoke with several people and there not happy with service dept either. Great sales team recommend anyone buy there but no service there More

Great emergency service! On our way to Pittsburgh, both hood latches on our 2010 Jeep Wrangler broke. We found the nearest Jeep dealership was Freedom in Harrisburg. Excellent Service I’ve been taking my Jeep to Freedom Jeep for almost 4 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and treatment I’ve rec I’ve been taking my Jeep to Freedom Jeep for almost 4 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and treatment I’ve received every time I have to take my Jeep for regular manainance.
